NLP (Neuro–Linguistic Programming) is the study of human excellence. It is an attitude and methodology that generates a range of cutting edge techniques which lead to rapid and long lasting change in yourself and others. This is the ultimate personal development training programme that works with how you communicate with others and even more importantly how you communicate with yourself on the inside! This one to one programme has been developed to support your personal and professional development as it can be tailored directly to you and what you want to achieve.

This NLP Practitioner is accredited by the Society of NLP, the first and largest NLP certification, training validation and quality control organisation in the world. Furthermore, as a reflection of the pedigree of your training your certificate is personally signed by the co-creator of NLP Dr Richard Bandler.  

This programme is run on a one to one basis by John Plester, a Meta Master Practitioner and Trainer who is personally recommended by Dr Richard Bandler.

The training is run over 10 intensive one to one modules (90 minutes). The training is very practical with lots of opportunity to practice and hone your skills. Certification and accreditation will be based on merit not just attendance, therefore you will earn your accreditation!

The modules are:

Module 1: Introduction of the NLP Model and presuppositions. Set the goals and objectives of the programme. Understand representational systems.

Module 2: Rapport, sensory acuity, eye accessing cues, predicates – the key skills for rapport and influence. Learn how to change perceptual positions to gain new perspectives.

Module 3: Be a master of your own mind. Learn the power of submodalities to take control of your life and run your mind for a change.

Module 4: The power of a resourceful state. Learn how to access this state and maintain it using personal anchors or triggers.

Module 5: Goals and creating a well formed direction for your life. Develop a compelling future using timelines. Learn self hypnosis to accelerate your progress.

Module 6: Overcoming fear to do what you want. Fast Phobia Technique

Module 7: Eliminating old habits and creating new ones. Swish pattern.

Module 8: Strategies for success. Learn how to elicit and install strategies to improve performance in any area of your life.

Module 9: Language of Influence and persuasion. Learn the hypnotic language patterns of Paul McKenna, Richard Bandler and Milton Erickson to become a more powerful communicator.

Module 10: Consolidation of Skills and assessment. The assessment will require you to demonstrate understanding and proficiency in the core NLP skills learned throughout the training.

On completion of this training you can continue your development by completing the Master NLP Practitioner one to one training which is uniquely tailored to you and your business.

Deposit and certification fee of £245 followed by 10 payments of £125.

• Gain access to a library of resources to complement your learning between modules. DVDs, videos, tapes, CDs and books of some of the top creators and innovators can be borrowed to study in your own time. The self study element is tailored to your own business or outcome.
• Finally, the training is flexible to suit you. The one to one modules can be taken when you want at your own pace. The seminar modules are repeated every year. Assignments; There will be an assignment set on each module which must be completed prior to taking the next module. You will also be expected to complete a project which will be demonstrating your innovative and creative application of NLP to a chosen field.
 
Certification; All of the modules, assignments and project must be completed to gain Master NLP certification with the Society of NLP.
