For the first time in the UK, the East Anglian Institute of NLP and Hypnosis are proud to announce that from 2009, we will be providing the above training to enable you to market and deliver the following NCFE accredited training programmes to level 3 for NLP Practitioner and Life and Business Coaching Certificate:
This will mean that you will be trained to provide a real UK vocational qualification in these courses that is fully recognised and accredited.
We train you how to train these to the current standards and learning outcomes of the NCFE and you bring your own unique personality, background and style to developing a successful training business.
Alternatively, if you are already a corporate trainer, then why not learn to run these courses in-house and utilise your current in -house facilities and save on the high course fees of these courses not to mention the expenses of hotels and travel.
Course Overview
This course is designed for people who want to train NLP Practitioner and Life and Business Coaching Courses within their companies or externally as a training business. You may already be a NLP Trainer offering certification via another body and want to upgrade your accreditation and market it accordingly.
To do this course you must be a Master NLP Practitioner. This course is not about teaching you NLP, although you will be expected to demonstrate a high competency level in this field throughout the training.
In effect, you will be a satellite provider of the qualification provided by East Anglian Institute of NLP and Hypnosis which is the only recognised provider of this NCFE accredited qualification. Therefore, we must set and monitor the standard of training provided to ensure a quality and consistency. You can provide the training under your own marketing, your own style, your own delivery, your own preferred exercises, so long as the syllabus and content and written work is strictly adhered to. The licence also allows you to use the manual and other presentation tools for your training.
The Institute will be responsible for external verification therefore all work will be submitted to us for quality verification prior to the NCFE final approval. There will also be a training venue visit to confirm all standards and procedures are in place to deliver the training to the standards set. There will be an administration fee payable of £100 per student certification for this process. The trainer training is therefore priced competitively to reflect this. Unlike a lot of trainer training programmes, we can guarantee you will be able to market NCFE accredited NLP Practitioner and Life and Business Coaching certification on successful completion of this training.
The training is run over 4 intensive days in a small informal group (max 4 delegates), this is to ensure maximum opportunity to practice and get quality feedback from the tutors.
Day 1
This is an introduction to the training and the NCFE accreditation process, outlining in detail the programme, syllabus and materials. There will also be an opportunity to present to the trainers to assess your current training level and style.
Day 2
Trainer Skills
Top skills trained to develop your style utilising states, metaphors and anchoring to connect with your audience. There will be lots of opportunity to present and gain feedback.
Day 3 & 4
These days are designed for delegates to train various elements of the NLP Practitioner programme and gain feedback.
Presentations will be recorded at various times during these days, so you can see the progress and be able to objectively gain personal feedback.
Following this training, you will complete the written NCFE accredited coursework and once successfully accredited you will be issued with your certification and licence to train the NCFE approved qualification.

Life and Business Coaching Certificate (optional)
Are you a qualified NLP Coach who wants to train the above course in addition to the NLP Practitioner? If so you can deliver the above programme by completing the Trainer Training course plus an additional fifth day, so you can certify the coaching course in addition to the NLP Practitioner. If you are not a qualified NLP Coach then you will need to do this programme prior to the Trainer Training.
